The item is unused, unworn, and has all original tags attached.
It is returned in its original packaging.

Please note: Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, returns submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return

A brief explanation of why you are returning the item
A photo or video of the product (especially if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is our fault (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to an error on our end, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns to ensure safe delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items that are:

Exceptions & Limitations
Returns may be refused or only partially refunded if:
The request is made after 30 days from delivery
The returned product shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration
